Managing a courier service on your own can be tough, thats why we’ve enabled multi user support. On SkyTrack Economy and above plans, you can create multiple administrators/users. By doing this, you can reduce the pressure by spreading out your workflow. You can setup additional administrators (for example collection/delivery drivers). You can also have user accounts under your company for customers to book out there shipments. Remember that users never see your company parcels, they only see what they have booked!
