Creating a Collection
One of the most suggested feature from SkyTrack V1 was a collection panel where users can book a shipment to be collected when the time was right.
Before, this option was never available, making it harder to know when a customer needed their shipments picking up. We’re pleased to announce that in SkyTrack V2, you have your own dedicated collection panel. This means customers can book a collection when the time is right and it can be accepted/declined by the admin on the other end. Doing this allows collection drivers and customers to work together to create one complete unified system.
