How do I Purchase SkyTrack V2?
Purchase it by going to our purchases page and order from there

Once you have purchased SkyTrack V2, please keep an eye on your e-mails (including junk/spam folder) since we’ll send you the license key there.

What do I do if I've forgotten SkyPanel username or password?

For our billing control panel, you can use the password reset form here

Passwords are reset instantly and you can gain access back into SkyPanel.

What do I do if I've forgotten MySkyTrack username or password?

We’ll need to manually reset this for security purposes, contact us here

Ensure you are logged in to SkyPanel (Billing Control Panel) so we can verify your account.

How long does it take for my account to be setup

Setup for Free & Economy Users is 24-48 hours. Standard & Premium setup may take 3-5 days.

If you have purchased SkyTrack Free or SkyTrack Economy – You will receive a license code via Email within 24-48 hours which you enter on MySkyTrack. If you haven’t done so already, you can register for a MySkyTrack account here. Once your logged in, enter the serial number and your account will activate automatically.

If you have purchase SkyTrack Standard or SkyTrack Premium – We’ll contact you via support ticket to setup your account/domains. Ensure you check your e-mail regularly/spam folder since you’ll receive a link to our portal. Please allow 3-5 days for the whole setup/process to be completed

Did you know, you can view copies of the emails we sent in your SkyPanel Account? Take a look at your e-mail history!.

Is SkyTrack flexible/be customized to my business needs?

Yes! If you are on a SkyTrack Premium plan, we’ll do basic/simple customizations

By Basic customizations, we mean we can adjust text/values to match your business. i.e. collection times, simple registration systems..etc. If you require advanced customizations such as additional modules, our coding team can do this at a extra charge. Feel free to contact us for a quote.

Which plan should I purchase?

Choosing the right plan will be based on your requirements and your budget

Small Individual Sole Traders may find that SkyTrack Economy does the job. It’s simple, easy to use and meets most business requirements.

SkyTrack Standard & Premium are for those who want to make the most of SkyTrack by stepping up a gear. You get your own subdomain (yourname.skytracklive.com) with SkyTrack Standard, or with SkyTrack Premium, you can get your own full domain (mycourier.com). Dependant on the plan, you can also get mailboxes, additional hosting services such as space for a custom front/tracking site too!

Does SkyTrack offer owned licenses?

SkyTrack does not offer owned licenses through our site, but do contact us if your interested

All our plans come with a monthly price plan (which you can pay yearly if you don’t keep wanting reminders/checking every month). We do this so we can continue to provide free updates and support for the life of the product. If you are interested in an owned one-time fee license, just contact us and we’ll sort you out the best deal.

Do I need to purchase a license for staff/employees/clients?

The simple answer is no!

All SkyTrack plans (excluding SkyTrack Free) comes with unlimited users. Therefore it is not necessary to purchase a license for each user.
